1= In my research these values were established on knowing what is out there and what an honest
estimated value should be.
2= Sometimes a collector will even pay higher than my estimates. depending on what they want.
3=The R5 to R10 States collectors will not help me with what they have in there collections. These estimated
values could be much lower once more data is known.
4= If you are a collector collecting all 50 states please let me know what glasses you do have, So far the only
ones that have sent me there 50 states listings are Tracy Gerkin, Wayne Herring, Michael Miller.
5= I list all I have on my web site
6= If you want to sell I will try to pay at least 1/2 there estimated values If they are ones I do not own I will pay
higher.
7= I would trade my Rarity for the same Rarity if it is a glass I do not own, or to upgrade to the next rarity
even if I already have the same glass in my collections.
8= I will ask other collector's for help on how to make these estmated values as accurate as possible.
9= Values based on Rarity # and then on desirability as to displaying them in a collection.
